Voting

Eventually there will be matters that the guild as a whole willhave a chance to vote on. When these matters arise i will post a new Poll up on the forums where each person can vote once. Only members can vote and they can only vote once. This will allow the Legion as a whole to participate in the actions of the Legion.

Rules:

Main regulations:

    1. No flaming. No hate material, including without limitation, defamatory, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive imagery, content or language.
    2. No disgusting stuff. No pornography or obscene or indecent material.
    3. No politics. No overt propaganda. This site does not tolerate or endorse obvious political agendas, or ones that have blatant messaging of slogans and attacks on religions, ethnic groups, or personalities, or that would otherwise tarnish our reputation.

Also, this legion is designed for Aion age 15 and older. Please consider this before posting anything potentially upsetting to a younger audience. In exchange, the legion and its staff will never:

* ask for a player's personal password or username.

* ask for a player's credit card information.

* pretend we are paid employees of the game, or ask to meet players in person.

* make any material available for download or distribution that we know contains any computer virus of any kind.

Legion specific regulations:

Guild Rules
Our guild's rules and policies!

Leaders and Officers:

The leader or Officers of the guilds can never be removed from the guild without consulting the guild leader.

Joining our guilds:

Please go to the forum for new player applications to join our guild. All future members must fill out an application to join the guild. This includes even ex-members that are re-applying to join. If you have contacted one or our members to ask about joining the guild, they should direct you to this web site or another guild representative to further help you. We hope you find our web site full of information about our guild. Please feel free to browse at your own pace. First impressions are sometimes lasting impressions for some people.

Forum usage:

All users must sign up to the guild using the forum thus allowing them to keep up to date with events that will only be listed on the forums. The registration form is simple and fast.

Voting:

Only members of the guild can vote on this web site or the forum over guild matters. All votes are checked by the administration for validity. Cheating votes will result in a warning or removal from the community.

Ages:

the minimum age for joining the guild is 18, however, maturity is highly looked upon whether you are playing Aion online, on the forum, or our voice chat as well as how you act towards other players.

Communcation:

To communicate with our members efficiently and quickly we use a voice chat program called Ventrilo. Details about the program can be found in the Announcement section of the forum. Ventrilo is great program and SAFE for all users. If for parental or age reasons you are not aloud to get Ventrilo PLEASE do not worry. You can still use the in game chat system or the forum to keep in touch with our players.

Leaving the guild:

If you wish to leave the guild, all we ask is that you leave in a polite way. If you do leave us, please return any weapons, armour, money, and such that was borrowed from the guilds.

Logging in:

Please be aware that we do not force you to log on, however, please try to log on at least once a week. This is to ensure us that you are still active on and we do boot inactive players after 1 month of being offline.

Complaints from other guilds:

From time to time I am sure we may get complaints from other guilds about one of our guild members. The leader of the guild will deal with the matter and speak to the guild member about the issue. Please do not engage yourself further into the conflict.

Swearing:

We like to remind all the guild we do have younger members. Sometimes it is better to take the swearing out of guild and party chat. Further more, excesive swearing is not to be used on our voice chat services. Mistakes happen and situations do sometimes get out of control, but this is a general rule when there is no need for the negative banter.

Things To Remember:
On occasion people do break the rules. It happens. Usually you will be blessed with only a warning, but if your offense is serious enough, you will be removed or even banned from the guild. Repeated offenders will be removed from the guild. Also, remember that just because something may not be covered by the rules that participating in those negative activities can still be punishable. Use common sence.
